Bradley Walsh gobsmacked as Beat The Chaser contestant says she wants to spend cash prize on getting boyfriend a divorce
“What is going on?!… Well this has turned into the weirdest show ever!”
A contestant on tonight’s episode of Beat The Chasers caused quite a stir in the studio thanks to her reason behind wanting to win the show.
In a sneak preview of Wednesday’s instalment – which you can watch above – funeral celebrant, Sarah Jayne, reveals she plans on using her winnings to pay for her boyfriend’s divorce.

And not only was host Bradley Walsh left in shock at Sarah’s spending plans, but the studio audience too.
As Sarah headed onto the stage, Bradley can be heard asking what Sarah would like to do with her money if she wins any.
Without any hesitation, she said: “I’m going to pay for my boyfriend to get a divorce”

A shocked and baffled Bradley Walsh then shouts: “What’s going on?!” while throwing his hands up.
He then adds: “Well this has turned into the weirdest show ever!”
The camera then pans to Sarah’s boyfriend sitting in the crowd, who’s name is revealed to be Andy.

While facing Andy, Bradley then shouts over to him: “Well there you go, it’s a great gift ain’t it Andy?”
“Very generous!” He shouts back.
But that wasn’t the end of it all, Sarah then quipped: “I’ve got my eyes on his pension!”

Bradley struggled to contain his emotions as he jokingly repeated what she said in disbelief: “Got an eye on his pension?!”
He then quickly turns to face the face Chasers before carrying on with the rest of the show.
The nail-biting spin on the smash-hit daytime series will air tonight at 9pm on ITV.
